State of the Art Processing

Our processing facility is specially designed to eliminate handling damage to the product we offer our customers. By always implementing the most advanced processing equipment, we can customize orders to any customer’s particular specifications.

To ensure food safety our facility uses a fully documented HACCP plan and complies fully with FDA and USDA standards.  Along with the HACCP our facility implements internal reviews of HACCP and quality systems for compliance.  Our company complies with all food safety programs. We are audited yearly, by an outside vendor to ensure food safety compliance.
